• You can buy this policy for yourself and your spouse (if you and spouse are betweenage of 55 to 80 years). Or;
• You can buy this cover for your Parents and In-Laws (If they are within the age of 55to 80 years)

• This cover can only be taken from www.InsureMe.lk or call 0117 117 117. Team InsureMe would assist you to buy the cover.

There are number of payment options.

• Any accident such as a Fall, Snake bite or objects falling on the person, etc happening anywhere anytime. It could be at home, outside or on the road.

A) For Medical Expenses following Hospitalisation as an inpatient in a Hospital or Registered Private Nursing Home during a year B) For Permanent Total Disablement including Total loss of use The maximum benefit payable as a capital Sum is limited to Rs 500,000/- during a year due to a single or a combination of disablements with the full amount being paid for the following disablements. Others are paid at a lesser scale.

A) Inform the Ceylinco Claims Service Desk on 0112 39 39 39 immediately of the incident.
B) A claim form would be sent to you from the Claims Desk.
C) Complete and send the claims form to the correspondence address along with the following document. The payment would be made to the insured person.

C) Persons engaged in professional sport, hazardous sports such as rock climbing, bungee jumping etc.
